Nitesh is the founder of Net Positive Solutions and has over 20 years of experience working across the areas of design, construction, and property development, acting as an Architect and sustainability expert. He has held leadership roles at Royal BAM Group and with the Supply Chain Sustainability School. Nitesh works with clients and stakeholders to design company and project strategies towards a net positive future.
Sustainable Design - Creating opportunities for Net Zero and circular economy solutions. Specific projects include acting as Client Advisor for a circular economy theme park and hotel development in the Caribbean, and core team member for a £200m+ net zero and nature positive Film, TV and Music studio complex in Wales.
As consultant to the UKGBC, Net Positive Solutions led the market analysis for a Net Zero Building verification tool (including stakeholder engagement with RIBA, LETI, CIBSE, IStructE, RICS and BBP, among others). Net Positive Solutions also chaired an industry wide working group on ‘Natural Capital’ to inform the development of the Construction Innovation Hub’s ‘Value Toolkit’ programme, including definition and measurement of whole life value.
Strategy - Net Positive Solutions currently advise companies on their own sustainability strategies and implementation of short-medium-long term strategic targets (Environmental, Social Governance) in line with Corporate Plans. Providing Sustainable Business consultancy for The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, University of Exeter, and The University of Cambridge (CISL).
